    Clicked every link on the help section and can't find anything, got one striker a couple of weeks ago and I'm in line for another 4 coz paypal won't work

    Unless you are a Gold Level Seller i.e. selling £5000+ a month's worth of goods.

    Only way to do it mate is to contact the buyer and explain the probs with Paypal. Paypal have a number on their site for you to resolve any issues with them
