    I saw one of our Irish players greeting what some may say resembled a certain Mr Higgins outside of the Glass House earlier this evening. I wasnt close enough to hear the conversation and could be massively wrong but just thought i'd put it out there.

    We’ve two Irish/Northen Irish players.
    Connell and McCarthy.
    As far as I am aware neither have any link to Mr Higgins.
    Forgot about Cotter… still will have only played against Higgins’ teams.

    That was Irish President Michael Higgins, as a poet himself I heard he is close friend of Ian McMillan, hence the reds connection.
