Why post such crap? Weve averaged 7000 for the last 2 seasons so how can that end hold more than our crowd.

We have an International Airport, A Uni under construction, massive shopping centre/interchange under construction, a new state of the art stadium under construction and one of the most famous horse races in the world.

Again the "international airport" is brought up - why? We have good links to major airports, East Midlands and Manchester are both within easy access so why do we need an airport. We dont live under low altitude budget aircraft likely to fall out of the sky onto the town centre...Theres a hope for you...we would rather commute the inconvenient 40 mins to a choice of 5 airports.


We are surrounded by scenic rolling countryside and are on the edge of the peak district...not surounded by flat boring agriculture.

Eventually when the shitty council gets its arse in gear we will rebuild the town centre.

We definately have a better football club that pikey ville like it or not.

Barnsley is not full of smack heads or pikeys like doncaster.

We do not have a prison adjacent to the town centre.
