    Shepherd blamed Ritchie for not securing the transfer of Kasim-Richards - says that the money was available. States the same for Jones of Man U and a fella that has gone from Middlesborough to Ipswich. Shepherd says that the contract extention has not been resolved with Ritchie, and that the matter is still under negotiation and currently in the hands of lawyers. Shepherd has said that the issue of bringing in new players is more of a priority than sorting out Ritchie's contract.</p>

    GS squarely putting the blame at the feet of AR. </p>
