If the squad are in unison with Steven Dawson, do you think the old " its us against the world" attitude may come out. Like a family, you may not see eye to eye with some of them but if someone says anything bad about them you come out fighting. Or should do, its what families do best, pull together.
With Daws being the captain and seemingly a popular member of the sqaud I think this kind of event certainly could create a siege mentality within the club.
Hopefully it will be another disguised blessing on our road to survival, like magic M'voto Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
it's up to danny now, to hold the team together
I'm not sure what good covering them in zinc would do, but at this point I'm willing to try anything.
It could have the opposite effect. He's been arrested so they obviously have some evidence against him. If you were in the dressing room and a team-mate had been arrested on suspicion of match fixing would you want to be on the same pitch?
Just playing at Devil's Advocate. We all know it's only alleged but some people take the attitude there's no smoke without fire.
And there usually isnt, lets just hope Daws is not found out to be less than the 100% player we all know.
"Galvanise the squad" that sounds so Keith Hill, if it does would it make them "special Human Beings"
