Played brilliant again, but again it was against a very slow defence. It'll be interesting to see how he does against the better sides but overall, the signs are encouraging. As for the game, first half was ruined by one of the worst gameplans I've ever seen. What the hell was Davey thinking by playing like that?

The worst thing about it... The players didn't even know how to play with it. Everyone was arguing and it was a complete disaster. We played well with it against Scnuthorpe yes, but I think that might be to do with Scunny's pitch. It's a lot smaller and doesn't suit teams playing down the wings.
