Council "workers." What could we lower the salary bill to if they all did a day's work?

    Been a council worker who still doesnt know how the job re-evaluation will affect my salary & job security could i please say (givinfinger)

    We used to get visits

    regularly from two council workmen to borrow half a dozen nuts and bolts ( for private work in council time). One of them knew the way to our works, the other one knew the way back. (doh)

    there are plenty of us who work loads of hours for **** all
