I thought these were the last two games.
I might have read it wrong when somebody posted "the next two games are against..", and thought it was the last two!.
Ohh well, we're still in with a good chance of going up. And there's no more One day/limited overs matches to mess about with from now on.

Excellent victory today, worth the four hour round trip for an hours cricket! Must be mad, but I actually enjoy watching Yorkshire more than Barnsley FC now.

Its been a really good first day for us against Middlesex, as we've reached 372 for 5.
And Bairstow is on 107 not out. ;)
It does sound though, like its a batting wicket.
And as predicted, Sussex are surely going to beat Derbyshire comfortably.

Been a good day in Leeds - hard to say what the wicket is like till we bowl. Did seem to be turning a bit but I bet Coad will get some wickets. Great to see YJB get a century, and Gorgeous George now on his way now too. Back for day 2 tomoz.

Couldn't have asked for four much harder games to end the season, with playing the other three of the top four.

Its always good to reach 450 or more, and then set the bowlers on them. When hopefully the pitch might start turning a bit.

Last 2 games are against teams in bottom 3, as theres only 8 teams in the league no ones got an easy run in.

It'd be nice to get there in the next 14 overs. Without losing another wicket. Max batting points 5, and restricting Middlesex to only 1 bowling point.

It’s no surprise that Derbyshire are bottom when they make a decision like putting Sussex in today.
    They finished at 391/4 !!!

Just shows what an excellent victory it was last week against Sussex, made them look average!

Certainly did but we tend to be so so inconsistent…. when we’re bad we’re very bad and when we’re good we’re very good.
    C’mon Yorkshire let’s make it 4 in a row .. I bet we haven’t done that for a while.

Getting 20 wkts with the kookaburra ball might be a task. Bess and Morriati will have big say in it.

Hopefully we only have to bat once. The 'hybrid ' pitch is holding up well though, so could be a bore draw.

The different ball types blows my mind.
Do all matches use the kookaburra nowadays ?

Think they've just introduced the kookaburra for this and the next round. Nonsense.

The other ball is hand made in this country so the manufacturing firms aren’t going to be happy if the kookaburra takes over all professional and amateur formats.
Anyway I’ll shut up as I don’t know if that’s the plan

Proper batting wicket. Bad news for bowlers.
