Look absolutely shocking against a Ipswich team that have themselves been hit and miss.

2-0 15 minutes played could easily have been 4

Yes they are mate and come the end of the season we will be above them. Hopefully we'll get six points from them.

Coventry were poor last season - after a reasonable start I seem to remember.

Then during the summer they lost 6-8 players, all of their better ones btw (inc. Keiron Westwood, Marlon King, Aaron Gunnarson & Ben Turner), and I think had only signed 2 players by the start of the season - both goalkeepers!

They will struggle this season for sure imo.

Trouble is no matter how things are going, we always seem incapable of playing against their physical style.

I think the last month has shown us some important things:

We have started to compete after a slow start

We are too lightweight up front to challenge the top 6 - but

There are definitely 3 teams in this league who are worse than us and who will go down. Pick from Donny, Bristol (especially when Maynard goes in Jan), Coventry, Watford - plus wait for the dropping like a stone of Peterborough and Palace I reckon.

10-12 more points in the bag by end October is acceptable if we continue to struggle with front men being fit. Say two wins at home, one away and a couple of draws. If we get Davies and RNL back - Would want to get 10 points minimum, and at least ten goals in the process.
