How many have they given us? As usual ....

...the clubs totally inept communication with regards to away ticketing has left us long distance fans with a decision to make.

Do we send someone down to get them or risk pay on the gate.

As Albatross said earlier- its such a joke that the club always say that tickets have to be bought in advance, only for them always to be on the gate on match daty.

    What really annoys me is

Buy your tickets in advance get a sh@te seat in some corner away from their fans.

Turn up on the day get the best seats behind the nets.

Its almost encouraging fans not to buy in advance.

    I can't see anything changing mate ..........

........ even though it should be a straightforward process, i.e. it's either all ticket or it isn't, make your minds up and stick to it, then everybody knows from the outset what they need to do.

If you want me to get tickets for your group from Oakwell for any (or all) of the remaining away games I will, if you give me some notice and the numbers required.

I always get them for our team (on the plastic!) so a few more won't hurt!!

Cheers mate- good of you to offer

We have a couple of our lads living up there so we're alright usually- but I'll bear that in mind if we ever get stuck.

As for the tickets- Its my opinion that the game is always fixed as all ticket or not well in advance- its just that the club don't say so,so that you have to buy from them and they get their cut. Just an opinion like.

RE: What really annoys me is

The most truthful thing posted on here this week and something the club need to look at.

I phoned the box office in Coventry and they said you could pay on the gate, is that not the case?

I'm sure you are right mate, after all ........

..... there aren't many of our away games going to sell out so, in effect, the majority could be 'pay on the gate', as most turn out to be in the end anyway.

It's all about BFC making a few bob from the home team, but I bet it's very marginal what they get as well, £1 a ticket or summat daft.

Like I said in a previous post, grounds with up to 10,000 empty seats don't turn away punters with £20+ cash in their hand!
