Now of course they could be fully vaccinated and still have caught it. I do think in the future if some clubs are not already doing it they will only sign players who can prove they are fully vaccinated to give the club the best chance of not missing a player from something that can be more avoidable.
Real shame for Kieffer and Wales as he would definitely have been getting some game time - Its sad for Davies as well - hope he is OK but not such a great loss for the Wales team as long as Hennesy and Ward are both fit
agree! KM will miss following games - 1 Sept Finland v Cymru (friendly) 5 Sept Belarus v Cymru (W C Q) 8 Sept Cymru v Estonia (W C Q)
think a lot of young fit lads are too macho about it. Sober reading from the Birmingham keeper here https://www.skysports.com/football/...e-lucky-ones-after-battling-covid-this-summer
That's awful. Then you have guys like Callum Robinson who's had covid twice that I would put money on still hasn't had a jab. What happened to Steve Cotterill was bad as well. Having the jab should always remain mandatory. But players having time off from covid costs clubs so I wouldn't be surprised if clubs already are only signing players who are fully vaccinated.
