I've heard from my mate that a lad was down at Oakwell around 15 minutes ago with Davey - blonde haired lad. He say's it is either Beattie or Riordan. He couldn't tell though. Anyone heard anything?

I've seen some good clips of Riordan (although I was also excited last season when I saw the Odejayi Mean Machine you tube highlights). No doubting the lad is a potential star. But what do you bet within a few weeks he would have fallen out with Davey and is sent to the reserves. Happened with Strachen. Apparantly he is partial to the odd sniff of powder too. Not sure that Davey would agree to that. And the clip on you tube of him absolutely steaming and singing a "racist" song about Rudi Skacel doesn't make me think too highly of the lad. Fingers crossed we get him, he knuckles down, and fires in 20 goals next season.
