Has a suspected broken leg after that horrific challenge from Danny Guthrie. I just wish a rule was brought in that meant that player would be banned for the period that the player he has injured is out for, especially when the tackle is more like an attack.

I know that this rule wouldn't ever come about because it would be so hard to enforce, but i can't help but feel for Fagan and feel such hatred for how Guthrie acted

    RE: Not seen it

Guthrie was frustrated as Fagan took the ball to the corner flag with Hull leading 2-1 late on in the game, he had one swipe at him which only just caught him and then realised he could get him again, this time running up to him and swiping at his shin.

Fagan got up and looked to confront Guthrie but players got in the way of them both. The tackle was condemned but swept to one side slightly in view of the events at St James Park that day.

It has been reported today that Fagan has sustained a fractured leg

Should get a very hefty ban

One of the most cynical and vicious attempts I have ever see to injure an opposing player.

Disgrace- time for football to forget about some of the pathetic punishments they've dished out and get him banned for 3 months.
