he's going to have to get used to it n'all, mark my words...........clubs like bolton have too much of some fuker elses money.
Craig Davies got too big for his boots without a shadow of a doubt. He's going to fall into that clutch of players who've left the club over the past few year who thought they were bigger than the club! Is the grass always greener..........?
Here we go another thread slating a player who dares to leave. Really don't get it, he's gone move on ffs.
It seems it rarely is. They do get bigger bank accounts though. Priorities. I didn't rate him that highly anyway, not just because he has left.
Tbh, I thought this was referring to Craig Hignett. The clamour for his services seems to have very much died down all of a sudden..
i'm not particularly having a go a davies,it just gets my goat that supposedly bigger clubs buy our best players to simply increase their squad size,,its about time transferees we made to start a minimum number of games,it'd soon put the brakes on the ridiculous transfer market.
I haven't seen him mentioned. First league game we haven't had him so I reckon the subject is fair game. And as I have said above it is nowt to do with him leaving, I was advocating us cashing in on him long before he left. Hardly slating him anyway, just commenting on how the team are without him. Narky fecker.
All players move on for better money, it's nothing new. You lot won't say a thing if he starts banging them in.
Craig will not regret the move from a financial perspective. However, from the perspective of returning to the lower league journey man obscurity that he himself admitted to earlier this season then come the end of his Bolton contract he might be looking back and wondering where it all went wrong. Again.
Feel free to bring it up when he does start banging them in. I can accept I was wrong. And even if he does it wouldn't change that he was terrible when he left us. We did well to get 300k. You reds.
I couldn't understand the clamour for him in the first place. Quality player but he would be a massive gamble as a manager and why upset the apple-cart to take a risk like this. Our best hope now is with Flicker, let's give him a chance and get behind him.
