Best side at Oakwell this season. Did us over good and proper, despite giving the ball away far too much in the first half, they mullered us in the 2nd. Could have been different though if Davies and Done would have converted a few of them easier chances.

Spot on HT, one thing we missed today, and that was Drinkwater. Had he played i feel it would have been a different game.
All ifs a buts though. Lets move on and concentrate on Leeds scum.

Yeah, missed a fighter in midfield; their back 4 looked a little suspect and I reckon we should have exploited it better, however we didn't get enough bodies forward which made them look comfortable, when it shouldn't have been.

I think we need an enforcer.

Perkins, Butterfield and Done all bring something to the side, which makes any one of them tough to drop but none of them protect the back four enough.

Now I think I can see what Hill's thinking was with switching the fullback. Blackpool were never interested in getting the ball down the flanks to the touchline and hitting it back across. Their wide men like to cut inside early and I think Hill was trying something to prevent that. However, both out-of-position full backs were turned far too easily, allowing Blackpool's wide men to get goal side too often. Hence, whilst we created some good chances of our own, if you're easily cut open both down the middle and on the flanks, you will concede goals.

Forget Blackpool being the better side. Yes, they have some excellent players but in these 3 consecutive defeats we have shipped 10 goals. That needs addressing urgently and I think the key is in defensive midfield. We were beaten by a good team but beaten by soft goals and fluffed chances. It could so easily have been so different and if we can tighten up then maybe it will be in future. We all like the new-look passing game at Oakwell but there will be days when we need to grind out results by stopping the opposition and we simply couldn't stop Blackpool today.

I think the reason for the full back swap was the pace of Phillips. Funny how when playing on his preferred side he didn't get that much joy when facing Wiseman but when he swapped to go against McEverley he scored. If pace was the reason, then I beleive Hill got it right.
