    Its not bad light though. Its clear day, then they come back out when nothing has improved or its even got worse.

    How can you tell exactly?

    TV cameras have variable brightness so can make it look much brighter (or darker) than it really is.

    I am not too far away in Farnham and the light has been fluctuating between bright sunshine and so dark you'd drive with lights on this afternoon
