Which England Cricketer told the press last week that they didn't want that south African B playing for England Apparently the media place was full but not one of them have reported it yet? If it's Stuart Broad, for me he wouldn't be playing for England again.
What do you think to KP using a very vulgar Afrikaan term to describe Andrew Strauss? As you don't know it's Stuart Broad, have you learnt anything from yesterday?
IT happens. Warne called coach a lot worse when he played for Australia. If it is, Conan. You can't deny he's on bad ground. Best buddy thinks its ok to mock KP.
You really are thick and dense. I take it you only take on your own advice and not those of people who wish to help you.
Broad arse licks the ECB so will get away with anything, even setting up a fake twitter account to stir trouble.
listen mate i mean this with good intention yesterday bobby today stuart broad , it is morally and legally wrong to keep posting your accusations about people you can find yourself in so much trouble, no-one wants to see you dragged through a court so please think before posting
You are joking arent you? I would love to get dragged to court over something i have post on an opinion board.
If this happens then we're all fecking fecked...might as well close this place down as we'd all be inside
for all hemsies wrongdoings of the last day or so he has only said ''if'' its stuart broad,he hasnt actually accused anybody.......nice to see some people are still trying to give him guidence tho'.
Feel free to tell me if I'm wrong but the way I read the original post was that Hemsie had heard or read prob on another forum it was stuart broad, or else why post his name
Don't you think it happens? Ask Tyketical Masterstroke how much it cost him defending himself against a comment made about <removed>. He ended up paying his legal costs also. You may even be in the right but it costs to prove that!
And if the claimant wanted they could name gally (and site admin I think) as co defendants for allowing the comments to be posted on their forum. Oh and the court fees alone is best part of 200 quid or so.
so in essence what you are saying is, if its somebody you like they can do what they want with no repurcussions but if its somebody you don't like that you suspect has done something wrong they are fecked
