Anybody done any of this Crossfit training before? I started last week, only 1 night a week. It's full intestity training doing full body workouts, last week I managed 45 minutes this week I did 35 minutes and I was absolutely @&£?ed, I got in car tonight feeling sick I was that tired!! I've not gone to a proper class or out I've just been into YouTube and the Internet......anyone who is looking for a short workout at the gym but full of high intestity full body exercises then this could be for you
