If you are that confident Cryne will listen to what you have to say then track him down and

Im not saying we should sack him, im saying if he fails to deliver players by Feb 1st and we end up bottom 5 then he should go.

But if thats what you want us do then be more optimistic and positiive until then. Until today we were mid table and 3 points of the top half. We had key men missing and were playing a team who've just sacked their manager. Bad result but one of those things
