    Yeah he's had ill health a few years now, so being tried at a later date doesn't look likely unless he's all of a sudden going to get better. Doesn't sound good at all :(

    As it reads in some articles, he made his money from this alleged fraud - not was rich and became richer because of it. Very worrying if we depending on finances that were obtained illegally.

    Has he and BFC any other business to fall back on?

    I think that's the whole point of cost cutting - so we are not reliant on his brass.

    Exactly. Criminal or not he clearly has the best interests of BFC at heart and while it is good practice to live within your means anyway, it is now especially true for us.
