    Damn!

I like that programme - particularly the New York spin off.

How many incompetent civil servants is that going to flood the market with?

They'll all get jobs in Primary Care Trusts to bugger up the NHS.

I'd be surprised if they can find the hospitals.

"It's that big thing over there with the ambulances outside it. Look, here's a photograph and the address." Cue blank expression.

Comment from a union official this morning on Radio 5.

When asked if it wasn't a good thing that an inefficient service was being closed said "No, that will put many Civil Servants out of work"! Oh well we'd better keep it then, who cares if it costs a fortune and doesn't do what it's supposed to do?!

Its only gonna be reconstructed. Renamed etc. They will take on extra staff, keep the existing ones. Apparently Barnsley CSA have been doing a very good job, and reaching targets. Why mend something thats not broken. Other areas will be doing very well too. Its just probably others are costing far more to run than they should.

You'd be surprised at the absolute ***** PCT's churn out. They exist purely to provide jobs for professional meeting attenders.</p>
