I have a question

Given the Bates increased his offer to the creditors, the Inland Revenue appealed to Bates' original offer and the administrators put the club up for sale again, wouldn't that mean they should be deducted points for the coming season?

 

I don't think they ever came out of administration officially did they? Presumably someone has to ratify it and that hadn't happened and the Inland Revenue threatened legal action or something, so the numbers had to be look at again. I think all the creditors have the option to appeal before it can become formal.
