If the current form continues (which it won't) then it would be Udders, Wolves and Ipswich for the drop.

If all teams continue their current form for the next 16 games then the league table will look like this:

    Cardiff 45 98
    Watford 45 81
    Hull 44 80
    Leicester 45 78
    Middlesb 44 71
    Burnley 44 70
    Sheff Wed 45 66
    Leeds Utd 45 65
    Brighton 44 64
    Crystal P 45 62
    Derby 45 60
    Charlton 44 59
    Nottm F 45 59
    Millwall 44 57
    Birmingham 45 54
    Blackburn 44 53
    Blackpool 44 53
    Bolton 44 52
    Peterbo 45 52
    Hudders 45 50
    Ipswich 44 50
    Barnsley 45 48
    Bristol City 45 48
    Wolves 45 43

So it would be a winner takes all game against Huddersfield to end the season. Really can't see Wednesday just missing out on the playoffs though!
