Lets be fair, its not there fault. If the company didn't make inane products and have god awful services going out to the public - then these poor guys who get all the flak for a measley wage wouldnt be getting the crictiscm.

IT's the people behind the scenes who should be getting the blame, what good is a product/service if it needs 5 phone calls before it is actually up and running and work efficiently.

These guys who answer the phones, they are in the same boat as us. Getting screwed over by the conglomerate pigs, and if something dosn't work...they get the blame. Channel your anger toward the £175,000 directors who get paid to do jack-**** whilst the everyday average joe gets flamed for not having the 'skills' to get your electricity back on.

That's straight from Alan Partridge, what's the matter - do you not have the mental capacity to think up your own one liners.

    D'oh...oh. *Slaps forehead*

Try having to Resource for a call centre when they are trying to cut millions off the annual costs despite 25+million quid profit last year!!!! Add into that the 75/25 split in favour of Offshore call takers! No wonder Im pulling my hair out.

I personally don't think it's as bad as people make it out to be. Had nearly 2 years here and don't have a problem with it.

Which department did you work for?
