    sent a snail-mail letter in to Mr Shepherd regarding the kid-for-free ticket fiasco... posted it on Tuesday - not had a reply.</p>

    should I expect anyhing different???????</p>

    not the biggest priority is it? he prob got it thursday, give him a couple of days to sort it maybe - give him til friday. PR replied straight away

    I'd give him a bit longer

    especially if the post used either way was 2nd class - if you still havent heard owt in a couple more days it would be a bit more cause for concern
