Perhaps there should be a similar thing for supporters Stating that they shouldn't talk to box office staff as if they were something they'd found on their shoe, for example.

RE: Perhaps there should be a similar thing for supporters I've seen both sides of this, sometimes the staff are really helpful and cheerie and couldn't do enough for me, but once in particular I telephoned to change my tickets when my bro in law wanted to come with me, normally I've phoned up given my details paid for the extra ticket and picked them up the next day. One time I phoned and got very short shrift bordering on outright rudeness, comment was 'you'll have to come down here cos we can't do that' I pointed out that I had done the same thing on at least 6 prior occasions and she said 'you can't have done' I pointed out that I had, she said 'well I'm not doing it anyway.... click' to say I was slightly annoyed was a bit of an understatement.</p> Other side was when I wanted to change my daughters season ticket they were brilliant. </p>
I've got alot of body parts. Coupla front wings and a door. Also a cata-lickit convertor too, does that count?

The Club's Charter is something that has been going for years, and HAS to be used by every Prem and League club in the country. It gets updated and re-issued every summer. (Regardless of complaints or not).
