My mate was at an auction recently, and he won the bid for 2 tickets to watch the reds at an home game. He offered these to me for my wife and little girl, which we gratefully accepted. He went today to exhange the wininng bid for tickets for the Leicester game. "Cant do that because we dont have any category "B" games left". He offered to stump up the difference, still no can do. No amount of persuasion would do it.
My wife was just getting into the reds again (former season ticket holder)as the girl is now almost 7, and taking an interest herself (she came with me to the WBA game and loved it)
Two potential fans cast away again, why do they make these irrational decisions and treat people so poorly........rant over(banghead) (banghead) (banghead)

Problem is the folks at the club are applying 'rules'. Those who set the rules either a) don't understand o0r b) don't care. If it's a) it's strange. They are obviously customers themselves of other businesses - can they not see how annoying and damaging things like this are? If it's b) they shouldn't be employed at the club. Simple as that.
