Not my favourite subject, in fact I treat it with disdain as it is a dying art in this country. On the whole.
So top marks to the nice lady in the box office yesterday when I picked up my tickets for the Coventry game. Excellent service, friendly, and made me feel proud to be associated with the club. More importantly, she made me feel special for two minutes of my miserable existance and that is what customer service should be, in my book.
Just thought she deserved a mention.

One of them is, Rachel I think? Stunning Had an amazing grey suit on for the open day. That would be a catch getting with someone who works for the club AND is nice in the process
would it be better to just make a note to the club... (not a dig in anyway) but I am sure the lady in question, would appreciate feedback from the management at the club of such customer service, as it would then make her feel better in the knowledge that she has in fact made your existance that bit better, and would continue to do this knowing she is making a difference, wheras on the other hand, no feedback could result in less motivation to the more common "I can't be arsed with this" which we see so evident in a lot of places these days... Just a though, and was good to here too (Y)
