Less detestable than Giggs I guess, and he can't really be a worse manager

Hope he does well. Love Wales as a country and would prefer all the home nations to flourish. Just not seeing a whole lot of talent in any of the sides if I’m honest. Scotland were dire at this tournament. That side would have lost to most sides in the Championship.

On Bellamy - heard many good things regards his coaching ability. One hell of a player in his pomp too.

Best player I have ever seen play at Oakwell. Unplayable.

You must not have made it to many games.
Of all the players to have graced Oakwell Craig Bellamy wouldn’t make the bench, decent tenacious player but definitely not up there

That's fair enough, we've all got our own opinions, but "You must not have made it to many games" is not an OK way to make that argument, is it?

There’s plenty on this board that couldn’t give a monkeys whether England win or lose yet you’ve flooded the board with posts about them the last month or so. What’s the difference?

Nothing wrong with you posting about England by the way, or anything else for that matter. The beauty of this place is we can talk to someone about pretty much anything, and I hope that doesn’t change. It might if people get belittled or mocked just because of where they happen to be born or what interests they have outside of BFC.

Got to agree with Jay here.

In late nineties a young, barely heard of Bellamy, absolutely destroyed us at Oakwell playing for Norwich. Definitely one the best performances I've witnessed.

Have to disagree mate. Along with Jay. Imo the best performance by an individual on the opposing side at the well I've ever seen. Only 2 more. come that close imo, Keegan and Ginola (twice). There is also a goalie, who for the life of me I can't remember his name, performed miracles for his team, Every single player and fan applauded him as he left the pitch. (Shrewsbury or cambridge come to mind) As for not seeing many games. Less than a handful missed at oakwell since 1967.
That pompey lad who everyone mentions. Was good but I can't visualise as being up there as one of the best. So I bow to others view on that one.

Best individual performance by a Barnsley player away imo. Stuart Barraclough. At the sty. Although my away record pre 90, isn't as good as my home by a big margin. But certainly up there with most since.

I really would struggle to name my favourite individual performance at home. As I consider the period under Hunter as being a team effort. Breathtaking at times.
