He hasn't really proved him wrong very often though.

I think he's had a reasonable season when given the chance. Much more effective than JOB in an attacking sense too.

It can work both ways though. They should know how to nullify him.

Hope he's up for it and puts in a performance similar to what harewood did vs forest.

Done better than most of their forward or wide players, with less opportunities.

May aswell play Edwards, give him strongest injection possible. Let him give his all for second game in 2 seasons and then **** him off.

Out of the four Flicker mentioned wanting pain killing injections it showed the most what a man Rob Edwards is. Apart from like a month at the start of his two year contract he's been out of favour. Yet even though he's injured he's willing to fight for the cause even though he could end up even more injured, which would make it even harder for him to find a club in the summer when he will be aware he's about to get released. It would be easier for him to have not gone to see Flicker and simply rest up his injury so he can be fully fit to find another team in the close season and think "**** Barnsley" but he's a good professional and he'd be eager to impress if he gets played for a change.

fact is if he's willing to play and risk further injury we may as well play him, not liked we're gonna miss him if he gets injured more is it

I still can't believe we released Collins and kept Edwards. hes been injured for most his time at oakwell, I don't really care how good his attitude is, he's been a waste of space and money. If he's about to put his body on the line, then it's about fecking time
