Could do well there I reckon.

Good luck to him. Loved the effort he put in while he was here and was instrumental in us staying up last year.

    Good luck, lad.

Best of luck to him, plenty of effort for us.

I reserve the right to withdraw this if in his first interview he says how much he hated Barnsley 'from day one'.

Best of luck to Daggers, put a shift in every week; he was one of those strikers that seemed to do everything but score (barring the purple patch he had in the 2nd half of last season), will always remember his first 2 league goals for us against Leeds, that was an exceptional performance from him.

Wish him well. Never shirked, just lacking in quality for this level. Will never forget his Leeds performance, him and Marlon Marlon ripped them a new un.

Tell him he's gone to a better place and let him have an hour at your desk - that'll cheer him up. If not some new boots always does the trick :D

He got new boots last night and shin pads. He was even gutted when I told him that Scotland looked like leaving.

He certainly got the bug from last season's heroics.

And he can stay away from the desk :) I've got to have something thats just mine. And mine alone now they're taking over.

He was one of those that was very unlucky. He'd do everything right then hit the post or the keeper would make a lucky save. Loads of times.

Unfortunately that's how it worked out.

The performance against leeds was fantastic.

    Cheers, Daggers

    And the Birmingham rout.

Butland sat on one that was one of the luckiest saves I've seen. And then the fingernail tip onto the post.

Positional sense could have been better at times but I was willing him on everytime he had the ball.

Glad everyone is still with him even though it didn't quite work out

I hope he bags a hat full at orient

Stamp your territory mate, they'll take over if you let them.

    Hard worker.

    100% man.

    Not a finisher.

    We have no finishers.

    We need a finisher.

He don't have to be Finnish though.

Liked Daggers a lot. Top bloke. I hope if Orient go up he gets another shot at this level but I fear he'll be surplus if they go up.

I can only speak well of Daggers. The singularly most unlucky player I have seen in a Reds' shirt in the last 40 years.
The times he hit the post, a teamate or defender got in the way or the keeper pulled off a worldie was just beyond belief.
Always gave 100% and sometimes beyond. Leeds and Mlllwall at home spring to mind. I personally would have kept him to the end of the season but good luck at Orient anyway, Chris. I still think the choice of no 13 sjirt was a bad 'un..........:)
