I'm with EastStander - if the dog in the true story really was called ****** then I don't think there'll be a problem in him been called the same in the film - if he wasn't and they change the name because the word itself is offensive then so what?

Yes, but what I'm saying is that giving the dog a different name would not detract one bit from the story.

Couldn't care less either way if they change it or not but I can see why they might want to change it.
