I have just been nominated to do that ice bucket challenge.

Just when the weather is getting that bit colder. I've got 48 hours to get it done.

Suppose I'll have to go along with it.

A lot of people are talking about this challenge in a negative way, but i really like it.

The buzz it's created has to be good for the charity, it's raising awareness on a massive scale.

In case anyone didn't know, the point behind the ice bucket is that the coldness temporarily paralyzes you, which is what a MND suffer goes through all the time.

I did it today as well.

    It's a fantastic cause.

The Mrs & a couple of my mates had never even heard of the illness before this challenge.
