Went to see this film the other night. The underlying theme was Clough's obsession about Leeds Utd and Don Revie in particular. Has anyone read a biography etc that confirms this was actually the case - or is it just the film industry trying to make a better story. Must admit I always thought Clough was very much his own man and find it hard to believe the way the film portrays him. Fingers crossed for this afternoon
I think he did have some sort of obsession with Revie - have you seen the interview he did on Calendar along side Revie after he got sacked at Leeds? THe book is more fiction than fact but the film is supposed to be a bit nearer the truth.
