Article in Yorkshire Post today, and The Times reports substantial funds being provided by a Labour donor. Time for common sense to prevail? Another five Tory years after 2020 does not bear thinking about.
Evidence of this 'washout'? Membership numbers through the roof, still turning people away from any meeting where Corbyn speaks, Camoron repeatedly embarrassed at PMQs and resorting to personal attacks?? That washout, yeah?? Unfortunately some people decided JC would be disastrous even before he was elected and are sticking to that despite every bit of actual, factual evidence pointing to the contrary. Good luck with it though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This government. Were voted.in with a mandate to change, reduce the deficit amd move to making the country great again after years.of economic recklessness. However, mess eas bigger than they though and whilst in the first parliament they made improvements.amd we are feeling the benefits of that. They simple fact is they have to been radical enough and are still.allowing billions of.£of public money to be wasted. Yes a.washout
Sorry tyrone. My mistake - I thought you were referring to Labour under JC being a washout. Mind you, if you mean the Tories, a washout implies not delivering what was expected. They have very much delivered on everything I expected of them! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
you mean they have increased the dericit, borrowed even more than previous governments, hived off even more public sector jobs, if not cut them completely, all whilst lining their own pockets and co#king up education, health services and most local governments! yeah, thehve done really well for the country haven't they.... NOT !!!!
But you can't spend what you haven't got Labour wasted all our money amd that's why. We are in this hole. We can argue while we are blue in the face but when Gordon Brown left downing St the country was broke and people were losing jobs left right and centre
New Labour did NOT spend all our money. We bailed out the banks. New Labour continued the Tory error of trusting the market implicitly and not adequately controlling what they were up to.
may be of interest to you http://positivemoney.org/2014/06/waste-375-billion-failure-quantitative-easing-video/ To me it is a bit simplistic but it makes you think
Clearly yes. But what was fit for 1997/2001/2005 wasn't fit for the changed world of 2010. We could of course then debate the missed opportunities to change the nature and balance of the economy given the size of the majorities especially in 1997 and 2001
Blair carried on Thatchers legacy. He was a Tory in disguise. Now we have Cameron who is a carbon copy of Blair. Trouble comes in threes they say, now Corbyn is on the scene let's hope we see an end to this money mad 80's themed government.
Jarvis is a good bloke, but Jezzer RULES!! DJ's best idea would be to fall in line, listen and learn. Then take leadership, when Corbyn steps down, which is a long way off yet.
