Could not believe how good Macken was tonight</p>

 

He was like a different player! Not a bad bench though, eh? Time to feel optimistic

 

to be fair we need that sort of quality on the bench if we are to finish upper mid table imho.

 

The thing with Robins is

he seems to favour the more mobile attacker, im not saying Boggy & Gray aren't mobile but i think he proved the kind of front player he wants by putting JCR on in place of Hume

 

Competition is what we've been crying out for for years! One or both strikers go off the boil we've got a proven replacement to come in - and there's always ko!! Lol

best game macken has played in a barnsley shirt tneet!, and he didnt even score! didnt waste anything, held it up well despite being marked by the BFG, passing was good, won headers, ran the channels and generally worked his knackers off! (respect)

Right at the end he controlled a ball and was shoved over. He still managed to beat two players whilst lying on the ground and almost set JCR off on a one-on-one. Awesome display by Macken tonight.

is bogdanovic on a big wage? maybe gray is but i dont think boggy is he came from feckin bulgarian league!

 

he'll be on a bit. hume macken gray will all be big earners too as they are proven and they are strikers.

 

i would have thought boggy will be well down the list of earners at the club until he gets a renewal isnt he still on his initial contract

anyway the wage debate aside two good strikers on bench now if we need a change up front which is good (credit to davey for signing them before all the pro davey people start on)
