Daniel Nardiello is being tracked by a host of clubs, including a number from the Premiership.
The former Manchester United starlet has shone for Barnsley this season and he helped them avoid relegation from the Championship.
Barnsley are ready to offer fresh terms to Nardiello but his form has caught the attention of a plethora of clubs.
Nardiello’s agent Alex Levack of SEM admits the player is now considering his options.
“Daniel’s sole intentions in recent weeks has been to help Barnsley stay up,” Levack told skysports.com.
“Now that Barnsley have secured their future in the Championship, Daniel is in a position to look at the future.
“Daniel will no doubt have a number of options on the table but he is only now in a position to give them his full focus.”

He only puts effort in 6 games a year. Fair play to him if someone takes a risk on him based on the last 4 games so be it. Just trying to bump his contract up
Had a reasonable purple patch recently - but still not that good. Not saying he's no good like, just that he's not top order Championship (yet) and certainly not Premiership.
His agent is feckin deluded There will be no premiership clubs interested in him. No chance. Hope Shep tells him to **** right off. He needs to nuckle down to some hard work in the vein of his last 10 (ten) games of the season and play like that for a season before getting ahead of himself..
RE: Daniel Nardiello ....................... needs to agree a one year contract with us, assuming he's part of Davey's plans. He then needs a full pre season ,which he missed through injury last year. If he maintains the level of fitness andd commitment he showed at the back end of the season and he has a decent strike partner, a move to a bigger club or a better contract will take care of its self.
No, I meant that he might end up playing in a lower division for a **** club in front of 6k every week
Could't agree more mate. What i can't understand about Nardiello, for 3-4 of the season he couldn't be arsed. Bringing in his own fitness trainer and doing extra gym work as paid off for him, and helped us survive. What as he been doing on the training ground all season,( tossing it off) Nardiello is a good player, i hope we give him a new contract, but only he he puts the effort in for a full season. The coaching team at Barnsley should make him work hard for his money, then there will be no need for a personal coach. Some how i think the new look Nardiello will be off to pastures new.
Cant see many clubs higher than us in the leagues wanting him. Would like him to stay but if he starts demanding too much money I would let him go and use his wages for another striker.
and watch him....................... bust a gut on Sunday in front of the cameras-hopefully a first half hat trick?
