Nothing to do with race. But police brutality.

I’ve just watched probably the most disturbing video I’ve ever seen. The shooting of Daniel Shaver. ( white cocasion Texan 2016. ) It is too graphic to put on here for my taste.
The man was shot in the most appalling way pleading to ask why he was being subjected to extreme procedures and doing his best to follow em.

Please accept my regret at not being able to bring myself to show it. My stomach is in knots and I don’t wish to do that to anyone else. Please just take my word for it. It’s so abhorrent.

If it’s a dramatisation then maybe I would have. ( I don’t think it is)

Separate issue. In America being pulled over by police is one of the most dangerous things that can happen to you. Just twitch and you're a gonner.

How to go from killer to victim...

    From Wikipedia.

After the shooting, the rifle, which remained in the room, was determined to be a pellet gun. Following an investigation, Brailsford was charged with second-degree murder and a lesser manslaughter charge and found not guilty by a jury.[1] Prosecutors argued the shooting was unjustified.[2] In March 2018, it became known that the United States Department of Justice has reopened the case and is looking into a possible civil rights violation by Brailsford.[3] Brailsford was reinstated to the Mesa Police Department in August 2018, then over a month later was granted retirement on medical grounds, as well as a pension of $2,500 per month.[4] Brailsford's lawyer has said that Brailsford suffered from post traumatic stress disorder due to his shooting of Shaver and the resultant criminal trial.[5]

No its. It's dramatisation, it's the police bodycam footage. The killer cop is still walking the streets after getting a not guilty verdict.

Worse than that he was sacked for it but then (as with many of these cases) he was rehired for a very short period so he could retire on mental health grounds. He gets 30k a year pension for life now from the age of 25

Not sure I’ve understood you there ST.
Is it dramatisation of/or police bodycam footage.
( the links I’ve looked at, say, it’s as happened released in 2017)

He did everything he was told to do and presented no threat whatsoever. It was like the officer was high on crack or something and was doing his best to manufacture a reason to discharge lethal force.

I was waiting for him to order the victim to stand on one hand then perform a somersault.

I don't know how any jury could find him not guilty after seeing the body-cam footage.
