What would you deem an acceptable amount for Haynes?

£500k or over would be the going rate i reckon, anything less and the club has been raped again.

Bare in mind we paid £200k for him back in January.

Depends what his release clause states.

I'd be happy with our money back and saving the cost of his wages. Anything over that is a bonus.

Pity really. If he had some drive and determination he might make a decent player of himself.

I'd be happy with a fee in the region of £500k. Be great if some dumbass like Sven paid a million though.

    500k seems reasonable for me.

    Bit unsure about this myself.

Since Haynes arrived he's been the victim of having pace and so has been played wide which I don't think suits him. You can argue he should 'show more' out wide but if that isn't his position then that's a pointless argument. I don't think his attitude has been bad at all, I think he's got frustrated in games, justifiably so.

If we let him go then it's a mistake in my opinion, but if we aren't ever going to play him down the middle off a target man type of strike partner then we may as well let him go, but we will regret it if Burnley play to his strengths.
