Worth a look at?

We were linked with Ehiogu when SD first came at the helm and we signed the likes of Leon Knight, Grant McCann etc.

Also Lee Hendrie and David Carney have been made available for transfer.

    Lee Hendrie = Liability

He hasn't looked remotely fit the last few of times he has played at Oakwell.

Webber had a goal around every five games for the Blunts. Is an eight goal a season striker really what we should be going for?

Slightly off topic, but concerning Knight, Wallwork etc

Whos decision was it to sign them?

They seemed to appear straight after Ritchie was sacked - surely the board didn't let him sign them (albeit on loan) and then sack him.

Were these more of GS's signings, being there were here before Davey was appointed?

Basset was interested in Carney when he was a trainee at Everton...

In a profile in a match programme in Sydney, Carney made the same-old comments..... like...would you rather playin Barnsley or..... I've kept an eye on his career... Ionce told him that i'd adopted him...He was good here, .but he doesn't seem to be anything special in the championship.

I believe Shepard had those signings prepared for Ritchie but he was having none of it and the only one he wanted was Wallwork.

I believe Wallwork came just before Ritchie was sacked.

As soon as he was sacked, Davey got put in temporary charge and him and Shepard got those players in.

Overall, it was Shepard who had prepared that list of signings i think.
