Very good footballer. Just admit you were wrong to AD. In the Big games, you need a big game players and he's one of Manchester United and England big game players. and that was never a dive.
He's an average Premier League player at best, if he wasn't at Man Utd he wouldn't get a look in. That being said, the current generation of English strikers is pretty poor and I can't automatically think of anyone else who would take his place, I think Sturridge is a better player but again when you compare these two to the best strikers in the Premier they are pretty average.
5 goals in 11 games for England's not bad - remember the back-heel against Sweden? That was a pretty big game. Not my favourite player, by any means, but he's done the job for England over the past 12 months, IMO. Should've been a penalty too. Pulled shirt, then kicked = fouled twice in the box. Anywhere else on the pitch and it would be a foul. So in the box it has to be a penalty.
I am not sure he could stay on his feet. Just seen it again and not changed my mind. Definitely not a yellow though.
I was laughing at him against Brazil, he's a donkey. But I do agree with Hemsy that he had a decent game against Real Madrid, or as Hemsy would say, "muvsrm"
