Don't know how many times this needs to be said, but I'll have another go.

Because he didn't implement the transfer policy that we only sign young player with a re-sale value. He didn't fail to attract the better players on his list. Being only a head coach, those responsibilities have been taken away from him. The board recognise that and realise a lot of the responsibility for our current predicament is theirs not the managers. Sacking someone for carrying out the their wishes is a bit rich, even for us.

Regardless he shouldn't be in the role still. Any manager/head coach would have got better results than Lees turned in. It's not just the fact that we haven't won x amount it's the amount we have lost. We are sleepwalking into relegation some fans seem not to be challenging this.

He's the one that dropped Roberts while the lad was playing out of his skin and killed his confidence but yet keeps picking Mawson and Nyatanga despite shocking displays he's the one whose tactics are not only boring as hell but also not working he's coaching the players who quite frankly have got worse the longer the seasons gone on to be honest I wish the lot of em would **** off the owner the board and the coaches the club is on its arse dying a painful death and they do nothing

I'm sorry to break it to you mate but Roberts is nowhere near the level required for League 1. Nowhere ******* near. He may get there, but he's miles off at the moment. Like I've said elsewhere, picking one player not up to it ahead of another won't make the slightest bit of difference just because you happen to like him.

    You don't know that. I'm sorry but you don't. I don't either, but I don't claim to.

Correct. But as of today, they couldn't have got us any lower in the league. So same difference really.

This is driving me to despair, it really is. For me, just as a coach, LJ is useless, probably the worst we have ever had. Tactics all over the place, seemingly no idea what to do next. But because we have had this policy of signing young players, it seems to have made LJ unsackable. Yes, the recruitment policy hasn't helped but I am convinced that any other half decent coach would have got more out of this group of players. We were told at the meetings that LJ has absolute control over who comes in. So whilst he is being told that he has to sign young players with resale value, he is then picking Which young players we sign. And then he is doing an awful job of coaching and tactically arranging them into a winning team.

I am sorry, but the recruitment policy is absolutely NOT a cover for this failing coach and he has to go.

I need to find a room, close the door and scream. Aargh!!

Very true, but sacking him costs money that, apparently, we haven't got.

I note with interest you don't disagree that the performances have worsened during the season. Surely if Johnson was any good as a coach the players however bad would have improved and they haven't. Johnson may not be fully responsible for the recruitment policy but he is responsible for the day to day coaching and that's failing
He got rid of a goal keeping coach who improved Davis and brought one in whose ruining him.

Haha, we came mate. And stood at the bar for 15 minutes waiting for the two staff to serve us. We gave it up as a bad job. Shame, would have been good to have a chin wag, pal.

Bless him. He saw us on our way out after waiting to be served 15 minutes, and probably heard me shouting lovely person at everybody.
