    Free agent apparently. If Cranie leaves would be a good replacement. Would wages be a stumbling block?

    Played back half of last season for Newport county....

    Always impressed when I have seen him. Likewise his former team mate Chris Burke both without clubs currently.... Blake is rb and Burke right mid, they ran flanks well together at Cardiff
    I'd prefer Burke or Blake over 33yo coppinger

    I think wages would be the issue to be fair. Would be decent though. That said we're not confirming to FFP anymore according to the Pikeys so maybe wages won't be an issue :)

    I heard that PC wants to back Wilson in the way he backed Davey, but FFP is restricting that and he refuses to bend and cheat the rules as it's not fair to other clubs, but that chocolate fire guard and his partners are contesting the implications of the rules as unfair

    I've always rated Blake. Definitely take him.

    The time at Newport was simply him getting a few games somewhere so he stayed fit ready for this season, that's definitely not his level

    SCMP doesn't actually restrict owners from putting money into the club and it's then counted as part of turnover. So theoretically he could put 100 million in and we could spend 50 million on transfers and 50 million on wages and still conform to SCMP rules (as I understand things).
