Are they only tactics we're going to adopt from now on ?, we're crying out for a midfielder who can do a little more on the ball then pass sideways or out wide, and until we get one we're going to struggle. We need someone who can drive us forward with the ball at his feet, as well as have the ability to play balls into our strikers feet, and not be frightened to have a shot on goal given the chance, darn wing cross it in, darn wing cross it in, just ain't working. the movement from the strikers is there its the ability to get them the ball to feet that the lack and we'll never score until this is addressed

Football management is easy, all Flicker has to say to the players is "shoot from long range and score more, get on the end of crosses and score more, finish one-on-ones and score more". Not sure why he hasn't told them to do this yet, but I'm sure when he says this to the players, we will start seeing more goals from them.

He's got to tell them not to let any last minute goals in too. Then we will fly up the league.
