    Who are we going to attract who possesses those credentials? Who's going to want to stick their reputation on the line for something that looks on paper to be a near dead-loss? The best we can hope for, regrettable though it is, is someone like David Flitcroft who has nothing to lose, or someone like Craig Hignett, who has little to no experience whatsoever but will do anything to get his feet in the managerial game.
