The number 12 player played well for Charlton today, wish we had him on loan was all over Missy and positioning was great

    RE: Their best player nt

He only got on the end of everything because we insisted on punting it up in the air to a five foot nothing striker who's asset is blistering pace and a six foot two goalscorer who by his own admission isn't a target man. That's why he got noticed more. He was bound to eat up all the high balls. Why we aren't sliding balls through on the deck for Mifsud and Bogdanovic to race onto is completely baffling, as is playing the diamond at home against the bottom side when it cries out for a 4-4-2. Apart from Andranik's blast well wide early on we didn't create one attempt on goal until Macken's header after he came on.
And we have a so called full back who wouldn't get in any other Championship side, shouldn't get a sniff in ours, yet Davey seems to see something in him that for the life of me I, for one, can't. He can't defend, pass, shoot, cross, or beat a man, and everything breaks down when the ball gets to him wherever he is on the pitch.

I thought Muller did well for them, really slowed the game down last quarter of an hour to help them settle for a stalemate...
