I would like him to stay on at the club in some capacity if he is not to be announced as manager until the end of the season...

I like his interviews this week, i feel he talks a lot of good sense and I actually do like his passing football...

If we could attract a decent striker (which we never can due to limited £!!!) i do think we would win a lot more games!!

We do create chances a plenty during games, but we do not have the quality up top!!

This doesn't sound like the performance of a bad manager. It sounds like someone utilising limited resources to it's maximum. Whether or not we have the edge it will take to win, this much is indisputable.

Some 'fans' are willing us to play badly and lose. And some would rather be relegated than be proved wrong. Bizarro. :(

I see the problem simply as we cant attract a decent forward!!!

We have a hard working forward that doesn't score, a ageing used to be average premier league forward n some enthusiastic young talent...

We probably have the weakest forward line in the championship, and have done so for some seasons now!! I know the defence is weak at times, but we don't win enough games due to the lack of quality in our forward line!!

Flitcroft has got the lads playing for him, under a different system to Hill, and i believe he is a very good coach!!

Like i say i would be happy/prefer him to stay on at the club in some capacity!!

Read the board more closely. A certain Wath based poster, was worried that beating Leeds would hand the job to flicker which would be a disaster. I asked him if he would rather lose and there was no reply. That's one named.

If that was the scenario, how do you want this match to go? I've posed this to several people and no-one gives a direct answer.

I don't want Flitcroft to get the job. But i do want to win and stay up. I just won't go while he's in charge.

    What is the question then?

If we win and Flitcroft gets the job, then I will be happy with the win, but I will not be going to Oakwell.
