I hate Donny Rovers with all the hatred I can muster. I dislike Penney after he 'arranged' with his Centre Half Doolan, to take MCPhail out. Hate the cockly little **** big style. I wouldn't want him as Our Manager, never in a million years. Surely you wouldn't think I would like someone like him as Manager! I would rather die eating an Owl Flag wrapped in Beef Gravy than have him as a Manager He's a cheat , a Bully and now is smacking desperation as his beloved team fails to take this Division by storm as both he and his Chairman Ryan predicted. Hope they die a massive strangled death and fight relegation until it squeezes out of their eyelids and then they fail Hate Donny. Get the nmessage
I remember that radio interview before the Oakwell game where he hinted at his planned tactics. Then cried foul after it happened. I will wrap messen naked in that owls flag and parade my ass round Oakwell before see him where Ritchie is now!
RE: i have the feeling that you have th potential to be a very scary school teacher at times Oh aye, my Year 6 know I mean business when I start - I never have any problems with the kids discipline wise. The secret is, is to gain their respect, - they all kmnow I'm passonate abart Barnsley FC though.
RE: I remember that radio interview Oh Lol Lol Pair of us wrapped in Owl flags, my half tainted with Beef gravy and who knows what we'll set our sens up to do!. We must be mad! Lol! So too, passionate abart BFC and against "Fookin' Massive" darn't road!
You take what is just a simple game and take it to beyond a normal realm of dislike and distaste to a level of pure hatred.
RE: i have the feeling that you have th potential to be a very scary school teacher at times What school do you teach at?
As I said, you don't know me and don't know why I dislike Donny so much. I have followed BFC since a bairn in the sixties. Donny was always THE team. to beat and to try and match as they seemed, at that time in the Sixties, to have everything - although with hindsight they were soon to fade.! They had the best ground, best support etc for anyone who wasn't supporting Sheff Wed at the time.(nearly everyone including my Dad and my Brother who used to go with my Dad at times) I was laughed at for supporting Barnsley, There was even a family on our Cul De Sac in the 60s - I rememvber their name - The Parry's, who made a point of supporting Rotherham amd looking down on me and my brother when we were on our way to Oakwell. We used to watch home games and then the reserves the following Sat.It was every Sat and me Mam , God bless her knitted us a scarf. We ended up sharing it, as me Mam never got round to knitting us another one. We used to share it half and half. Donny had crowds in the 60s of 10,0000 plus when we had only 15000 plus They were always the team to aspire to. I have never lost that hunger to beat them and to get one over them. I dislike them intensely and that's why.
