    How can you assure him that? You adding "mindreader" to your list of talents? There won't be a single player in that dressing room, or single member of the staff that want relegation on their CVs. Its not the same as being a fan, I agree, but it'll hurt just as much in a different way.

    Whats with Davey out brigade! whats change of manager gonna achieve....... Good team selection!

    Suprised Togwell isn't in the 11. Formation says to me that SD is going for it 3-5-2. This formation will give Leon and JCR the license to get forward.... i feel it would have been a negative move to include toggers in midfield with Hassell in a 4-4-2. Nice one SD just hope new formation works!!!

    How can you do that? You can no more say that the fans are hurting more than, than he can say the players are. I think the point is, that it matters to everyone. How can that be a bad thing? If you ask me you're looking for problems.

    Everyone's been clamouring for him to try something different, so why get on his back when he does?

    If 5 at the back gets us a point it's sound tactics, and well worth a shot. The test will be if/when we go behind whether he can change it

    I'd like to see some of the 'forgotten players' too

    but it just isn't going to happen and probably isn't wise at this point in the season.

    As I said, the formula for the last however many away games hasn't worked. I'm not going to have a go at the manager for trying something different now, we need to.
