by playing a player who has already proved this season he is not yet ready for Championship football. He was a bad signing for a club in our position who cannot afford to pay a lot of money for players who won't make, or are not ready, for this Division. Christienson is a another case in point; althought davey realiseses he's is not up to the mark. Mossto (his most expensive striker signing and a Peruvian International), languishes on the bench, as Davey considers KO a better striker. How may goals did this lad score at lower division level? No a lot. Now we have press talk of going for the diminutive Jack Lester who is scoring for fun in League 2. He couldn;t do it in League 1 with Forest, so I hope this is another rumour. Michael Boulding, who we transfered for free is only a couple of goals behind him in th scoring charts, and he is playing for a poor side!
How many times? Odejayi DIDN'T LOSE US THE GAME. Our midfield and defence lost it by failing to defend. Odejayi missed chances but two goals should be enough to kill any time. How you can say that choosing Odejayi lost us it is unbeliveable. For a start, we wouldn't have scored our first without him.
RE: How many times? You are correct, although OD missed some fairly easy goals he made them with good moves and none of them were far away. Had he been a little more lucky he would have been 'The toast of the Town' tonight.
Tototally agree - while Stan works his socks off for 90 minutes, Odjob ambles around the field clueless - lazy, just looks as if he cant be bothered - doesnt jump for the ball, - not his fault he is on thefield - time Mr Davey started with eleven triers instead of ten.
